As members of the National Leaderology Association (NLA), we uphold the following Code of Ethics, which serves as the guiding principles for our professional conduct:

We embrace inclusivity and foster an environment that is free from discrimination, bias, or prejudice based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

We are accountable for upholding ethical standards and ensuring the integrity of the leaderology profession.

We continuously seek to enhance our knowledge, skills, and abilities through ongoing education, training, and professional development. We uphold the reputation and integrity of the NLA and the leaderology profession as a whole.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of our professional work. We protect the privacy and trust of our clients and stakeholders by maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring that sensitive information is shared only with proper authorization and in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Transparency: We are committed to transparency in our communications and operations. We provide accurate and timely information to our clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. We strive to foster an open and collaborative environment where information is shared appropriately, ensuring transparency in decision-making processes and organizational activities.
Social Responsibility: We promote the values of social responsibility and sustainability. We consider the impact of our actions on the community, and future generations. We strive to incorporate ethical and responsible practices in our work and encourage our clients and colleagues to do the same.
Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. We strive to maintain a thorough understanding of the legal and ethical frameworks that govern our profession. If we become aware of any suspected violations of ethical or legal standards, we report them to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
